Issued the following announcement on Aug 11.
A special village-wide brush clean-up period will begin Thursday at 7:00 a.m. and will continue until all storm created brush has been collected over the next several days. Brush should be placed in the parkway between the curb and the sidewalk. A huge thank you to DPW for the extra work this week!
Additional severe weather is possible tonight. Please remember DPW focuses on clean-up in the following priority order:
1.) Street closures and hazardous parkway trees
2.) Non-hazardous hanging branches on parkway trees
3.) General brush clean-up
