On Jan. 12, Mount Olive Lutheran Church By Peter Martin, Chair of the Board of Trustees sold their property at 3030 N. Fairwood Court, Wauwatosa to Dana C. Kloth for $255,000.

This property is one of four sales so far in Wauwatosa in January 2021.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, there were two registered voters residing at 3030 N. Fairwood Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: John W. Struve, 74, and Marjorie L. Struve, 73.
