The property at 444 W. Bradley Road, Fox Point was sold on Jan. 13 by Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother-Generalate Inc. for $208,000. The buyer was Elite Property Management LLC.

So far in January 2020, this is the only property that sold in Fox Point as of this publication.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Lucille Mary Flores, 81, was the only registered voter residing at 444 W. Bradley Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
