On Nov. 12, Milwaukee County Historical Society sold their property at 2107 Wauwatosa Ave., Wauwatosa to William and Jennifer A. Hoag for $100,000.

So far in November 2019, five properties sold in Wauwatosa.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Brandon J. Stanley, 43, was the only registered voter residing at 2107 Wauwatosa Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
