Tosa's All-City Read is a city wide book club initiative, this year's selection is The Authenticity Project. Like the characters in the book, you’ll be gathering with friends and neighbors for painting lessons with esteemed local artist Fred Bell. The focus of this session will be Landscapes. Paint, canvases and brushes will be provided. There will be multiple events throughout February and March related to the reading choice. More information and how to register can be found here.
