Village Of Shorewood issued the following announcement on Feb 14.
The MMSD Edgewood Avenue Near Surface Collector Extension project construction is progressing.
Future scheduled work includes the installation of a manhole at the intersection of Maryland and Edgewood Avenues. This includes excavation, drilling, tunneling and concrete work.
Edgewood Avenue will remain open in both directions with a flagger at times. Maryland Avenue from Edgewood Avenue to Stratford Court was closed on February 7 and will remain closed through the spring of 2023. The sidewalk will remain open along Maryland Avenue with a fence surrounding the construction activity. For more detailed information, please visit the project website.
