April: Brown Deer experienced a 1.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Brown Deer rose by $2,500 while total sales increased by 95.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 1.7 percent increase over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Brown Deer in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Brown Deer for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,097, approximately 2.7 percent of the median home sale price for April.
