Description
Hand-drumming has been shown to energize you, reduce stress and create a sense of connectedness with self and others.
Instructor, Tom Kotlarek, a retired career educator, has instructed drumming circles for over 30 years. He has led support groups, meditation classes, multiracial and listening circles. He is focused on supporting physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being. Empowering others is his passion and calling.
You are welcome to join one, two or all three sessions.
