Do you have any interest in serving your community as a Village Board or School Board member? On Tuesday, November 29, the Village of Brown Deer will be teaming up with the Brown Deer School District to host an information event to learn more about these service opportunities. The event will be virtual and starts at 6:00 p.m. Those wanting to attend shall contact Village Clerk Caren Brustmann at 414-371-3050 or via email at cbrustmann@browndeerwi.org to receive the call-in information for the session. The session will not only summarize the role of an elected official for both the Village and the School District, but it will also identify how a candidate can successfully complete their candidacy papers in time to be on the Spring 2023 ballot. A big thank you to any community member considering serving our wonderful community! Those that can’t attend virtually can reach out to the Village Clerk to request accommodations.
