Below is brief summary of what to expect in upcoming weeks for construction work occurring along Port Washington Rd and Jean Nicolet Rd. Dates provided are subject to change due to bad weather, etc.

Port Washington Rd (Bender Rd. to Coventry Ct.)

  • Port Washington Rd will be flagged during day time hours for Watermain work. Please follow posted construction signs and be cautious while driving through the work zone. Watermain construction is expected to wrap up by the end of next week (1/13).
  • Other utilities will begin work in the area later this month.
Jean Nicolet Rd (Bender Rd. Green Tree Rd.)

  • WE Energies Gas main work has begun. Work will require lane shifts or flagging depending on work operations. Any questions regarding the gas work can contact WE Energies at 877-380-0522.
  • Long term road closures on Fairfield Ct and sections of Jean Nicolet Rd are expected to begin soon. More information will be provided from the DOT once scheduled.
Wisconsin DOT Project

  • WisDOT project will begin shortly with clearing and grubbing operations. As the DOT project begins, future updates will be provided by the DOT construction team either by the same email group or by notifying the group of where to look for construction updates.
