Childbirth and Newborn Care Online Class

This class provides essential research-based information to help you prepare for the birth experience. Topics covered: Stages of labor Comfort measures Pain relief options Information on C-sections Hospital care for postpartum How to care for your newborn in the hospital and at home.

 This online classes is offered by InJoy. It is accessible from any device that connects to the internet. You will receive an assigned code after payment is made giving you access to the class website for nine months. 

Classes include interactive exercises with videos, helpful tools, checklists and trackers. For mothers delivering at Froedtert Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, we also offer in-person options for this class. See dates and times.
