Census Bureau: 75.8% of people in Milwaukee County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 939,123 citizens living in Milwaukee County in 2021, 75.8% were old enough to vote, equating to 712,110 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 340,932 were male, constituting 47.9%, and 371,178 were female, making up 52.1%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Milwaukee County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 78%.
